What about premenopausal? I'm not exactly there. I still have a regular cycle, but I'll be 46 in September, so I wonder if I would benefit from this. I love all your workouts!

Oh yes, I need this ! I do all your workouts and that's helped sooo much, bringing my blood pressure way down and don't need any meds 🎉🎉🎉 but I have a lil pot belly and I saw vegetarian menopause - so excited for that ! Can't wait !
