I have a story for you from Everest. In 1925 a group of 5, with 30 Sherpa's, began an ascent of Everest. They were there to find the bodies of a man who has something on his person that resulted in he and a young Jewish boy by the name of Kurt Meyer's being killed by henchmen sent by Hitler. Richard Davis Deacon, a longtime friend of George Mallory, lead the expedition. The monks at Rongbuk Monastery advised them NOT to go climbing as the "demons were angry". They had to though. The Sherpa's knew the Yeti's, 7 at that time, were there and they were scared. The Sherpa's were all killed by Germans pretending to be Yeti. Soon all the Germans were dead except for the 2 left at base camp in case anyone made it back down alive. When 2 climbers returned they were shot at by the Germans and seriously wounded. Playing dead saved them as the Yeti, disturbed and angered by all the shooting going on, ripped the heads off the Germans and went back up the mountain. This and MUCH MORE can be found by reading the account of Jake Perry, who was one of the 2 who returned. He took the photos to Churchill and he used them to blackmail Hitler and win the 2nd WW. Please read Dan Simmons book called " The Abominable ". Jake wrote it as he was dying of cancer in 1991 at the age of 90. Sorry, but Hillary was the 5th person to summit Everest and the 4th man. Mallory and Irvine summited, but died on the way down. Mallory's camera is the US. Someone, I believe in Idaho, purchased it for $2 at a garage sale in 1992. If YOU have this camera PLEASE go and get the film developed. The world is waiting!

LOL aboriginals came to Australia 60, 000 years ago not 10, 000. the Tasmanian tiger was hunted by white people and aboriginals alike and the last died in a zoo in 1930's

Labs recently tested hundreds of samples of apparent Yeti bones and hair, etc and all were found to be able to be linked to known animals. A few were from bears from thousands of years ago (before the polar bear separated from the brown bear) that were kept in family collections or museums. Not from an apparent extinct bear still out roaming around like you make it sound.
