I have one small national park near me that i've grown to know like the back of my hand. I'm part of a rescue team here that searches for people there. It's so small it's almost impossible to get lost so like last time when someone gets lost there is a couple places we look first, that is where we found the last lady, she had just taken the wrong trail and got lost and tired. It feels really good to help people, i can't imagine how it feels to be a searcher when someone can;t be found.

When going hiking, I think that more measures should be put in place as só many people go missing there. It's definitely strange circumstances in each case. I have a theory about what happened to New York’s Craig, the 17 years old student who vanished after leaving his friend house. Among gay people there are those who engaged in practices that are for the rest of the world incomprehensible and wrong. Many older gay people prey on young boys in order to lure them into a situation of sexual slavery. Considering the circumstances around his disappearance I am very inclined to believe he met someone who had been trying to convince him to leave everything behind for a life that probably was presented to him as full of pleasures and leisure. Maybe even since the night he ran away up until his disappearance he had been in touch with this person. Being young and naive he was probably convinced to trust his captors and from then there’s no telling where he could be. There are rumors of American boys being kidnapped to be sold as sex slaves in the Middle East so he could have ended up there or he is in someone’s basement chained to a wall. Of course there is the possibility he became someone’s trophy boy and is indeed living a relaxed life of plenty but my gut tells me that’s not the case and It’s sad the investigators haven’t considered the possibilities. I hope he is alive and well and not being abused or killed. I also apologize if this comment is upsetting, I am not trying to be disrespectful or cause distress. People have to realize boys are also targets for predators and in many cases the risk for them is higher since almost nobody would consider that option.
