A 25-minute yin class to open your chest and heart.
Props used: a blanket, a bolster or pillow, 1 yoga block or book.

What is yin yoga?
Yin yoga targets the deep connective tissues of the body – the ligaments, joints, bones and fascia. It’s wonderful for flexibility and circulation and reduces stress and anxiety. Poses are passive and mostly done on the floor and are held for about 5 minutes.
Add it in to your routine 2x a week and you’ll see the difference!

Thank you so much, Carolann! This was a brilliant way to tackle my Sunday yoga (and in the afternoon...kind of rare for me). It's also reminded me that a bolster would be extremely useful to add to the yoga backline...J
