In terms of accessibility to information including unofficial leaks, competency in three particular languages - English, Japanese, and multiple writing systems and dialects of the Chinese language - actually helps a lot. It won’t have the Microsoft Store, you can only run 32 bit apps or web apps and you can install only security updates - there will be no feature updates. You can run this LTSC build forever.
