A comment related to RAM usage. The LTSC had 8GB total, while Enterprise G had 4GB. As Windows uses adaptive memory, the OS will use more or less memory in idle depending on the total available. So, probably this difference on the memory used is related with the total available.

I've installed both in Hyper-V. The lack of Windows Defender in Enterprise G presents very specific use-cases, like a non-internet-connected computer running software for a specific piece of hardware. Windows 11 Enterprise G would be fine for that. But as a daily driver, no thank you. You're better off using IoT LTSC as a daily driver, especially if you plan on using that computer on the internet.

Bro I have a Acer Aspire 4738 Laptop which has Intel Core i3 M370 (1st Gen) Processor with 6GB RAM. My BIOS is legacy I guess because it's too old (2010). And in the BIOS there is no option for Secure boot, Virtualization and Option to switch between UEFI or Legacy. Can I run Chrome OS w/Plays Store support in this computer?
