my formula uses a ; semi colon instead of the coma, how do i change it to the default coma?

to create point form in some of my work i use a dash, e.g "- Table 1" . However excel is now adding an equal sign in font of the dash and it is really messing with my work. and causing #NAME error I think i accidentally pressed a button that made this change. Can you help me to stop this?
