Flowers for Algernon was a very sad story. It’s always nice to see these little references

Mor'ladim was always such a cool story. I used the sword from his OG questline for a while. 2h sword with a chance on hit to do a bunch of magic damage. Decent stats too.

Video suggestion: history of "arena quest", tanaris, nagrand, zuldrak, icecrown...

gokk'lok shell is most likely a reference to classical depictions of the goddess Aphrodite, with many painting and even some tales stating she rose from the sea when Kronos castrated his father and threw his jewels into said water. she is said to have risen naked, the wind at her back making her hair blow in a manner that gave her an ethereal quality.

In a later episode you could do a quick segment on The Unknown Soldier, a rare in Duskwood that's permanently kneeling in front of a tomb in a hidden area.

This really is your best video series so far imo.
After watching i always search for those secrets myself in the game

Duskwood is probably my favorite zone in the entire game, and Mor'Ladim is one of my favorite lesser NPCs. Even named my human Death Knight after him, and was surprised the name "Morladim" wasn't taken already.

Hiru, about the hunters being a late addition, they got an ability that was supposedly from feral druids: Play Dead. It was a kitty ability that was repurposed to fit the Hunter toolkit.

Thank you for the video! I had no idea about Algernon, nor the short story, really fascinating and heart wrenching :')

Aaaah Mor’Ladim... when I first started playing WoW in 2007 I started as an alliance nelf priest and used to read all the quests properly... among others also this one and I got so sad, when I read about this story - still sad today

I faintly remember doing Morgan Ladimores quest once. I saw he was an elite with a quest, killed him, and then tried to find what quest he was tied to. His quest gave me one of my favorite swords that I don’t often use for transmogs because I play an Orc DK. I kinda wish I was a BElf so the sword would work well with a look

Such an insanely good vid man, I love the ones where you tell short stories like this. Also really good music choice and audio levels.

Here's a video suggestion.

Stances. Things like warrior stances, DK presences, paladin seals etc. Remember Dire Bear form for Druids?

Love these random tidbits. Especially for earlier versions when there was a lot more invested in the world design of wow.
