Yes Lisa from Downshiftology is amazing. I've recreated several of her meals. I just started doing chia pudding but forgot about freezing them so I will do that for next week's meal prep. Thanks for the reminder.

I would make mine with coconut milk and vanilla protein powder.
I’d make a compote with raspberries, lemon juice and fresh ginger.
I’d layer it like a parfait and top with almond butter, coconut and caocao nibs.
There was no need for maple syrup or honey because of the monk fruit in the protein powder and sweetness of the coconut milk. So good!

I mix my chia seeds and collagen and sometimes matcha and powdered mcts first before adding milk. It keeps it from clumping.

Kayla, could U please do a full meal prep (5 days x 3 meals) for people with type 2 diabetes? I have been looking but not really finding anything to suggest to some of my loved ones who are fighting to get those sugars down.

Hi Kayla. I was wondering if you could make a coffee, or a mocha flavored chia pudding? Like maybe tiny pieces of dark, unsweetened chocolate chips, and powdered espresso. With the almond milk. I haven't made any of these. But I plan on making some. As I still need to use your weight loss prep videos . I'll let you know how it's going. Bye for now

I freeze all the variety of nuts that we buy. I've not had an issue. I can eat them right out of the freezer. I eat 3 dates and 3 brazil nuts every morning.
