North Hollywood is known more for car chases and the legendary bank heist turned shootout. Not near there though. You actually see the shootout on the history channel. It was in the 90s before policies changed. The gun battle just dragged on for a good number of hours until the two would be robbers shot themselves. Sad but things had to change. Now California police carry much better armor and it’s usually the latest version, they have the option of a more high power gun in the trunk not too power but enough, and will try talking first before resorting to opening fire, also creating a impenetrable wall of no escape around a building. It’s just easier from a distance. Car chases they added maneuvers to stop a car and spike strips to pop tires. Everyday you hear stuff about chases you know.

I think ur following my life. I lived in an apartment in North Hollywood from 1969 to 1973. By the way, I went to P. S. 188, elementary school in NYC, on Houston St.. Now known as SoHo - South Houston. I lived in Van Nuys and Reseda as well --- in the San Fernando Valley. Haven't been to the SFV in decades - so now I'll enjoy ur video.

Yes Los Angeles County is big. I’m in Long Beach, it is pretty much a mini LA. You have to check out Shoreline Village and 2nd Street. Also Marina Pacifica with Borderlines Seal Beach wish is where Orange County Starts. The Queen Marry is having issues and I think is closed for renovations. Anyway, Santa Barbara is beautiful we took the train down there for a day and had a ball. The train trip was about 4 hours long but we’ll worth it.
