I think the wing trim tip is important, I see a lot of people exhausting themselves pumping their wing with it totally stalled cross wind

Yes I agree with everything but also you need to be circling your arms, not just pulling inwards straight to your chest and outward. Circles :) Great video though, thanks for the tips!
