If this is happening to you put on gospel music and start thanking your maker! Once this happened to me I was so depressed I couldn't get up off the floor the Holy spirit came to me like a dove and told me to open my mouth and declared " i am bless, i am highly favored and my Heavenly Father loves me!" ❤

I've been doing these exercises for about a week. These are the changes I've seen. less bloating. Toned legs n arms. Deep sleep, getting up only once. Slimmer face. Glowing skin. Feeling of freshness. Double chin reduced. Sense of calmness and being aware of the racing thoughts and my deeds. Totally worth doing the exercises. Thanks once again.

I did this the morning I quit a stressful job. I just sat on the couch in the middle of "getting ready" for work and stared at the fireplace and couldn't get up. I wasn't even trying to get up. It was a good decision to leave that job.

I actually have done that, it feels good not to talk, move, just slow relaxed breathing with no sound around, I believe its restful and healing

One of my favorite things in the world after a crap day is a scorching bath/shower then to stare at the ceiling while laying on a freshly made bed still all toweled up, just letting my AuDHD-I brain do whatever IT wants to until it gets too cold for me to stay like that or I fall asleep. **GOOD SHIT** I'm telling ya & the best reward ever for my ND brain that is pressured to assimilate 24/7/365.

It makes me happy to know that u worked so hard in yourself and you healed enough to extendable hand to the rest of us.

I wish insurance would give a damn about therapy like this and body works. Lymphatic drainage, learning how to tap, and movement/somatic healing.

Thank you for sharing your experiences. I know it wasn't easy for you to get here but it's awesome to see that we too can heal and dedicate ourselves to this process guiltfree.

Im just coming too after 5 years my thoughts and my second window are black. My sister tells me stories about "me" to maybe trigger a past events.
