Literally almost every single video you post I heavily relate to… all the different signs you post that someone is dysregulated, has high cortisone or trauma built up in their bodies… I nod along with almost every one. It’s insane. Gotta stop procrastinating and just try to start healing. But I have no idea where or how to even start…?

I’ve been in a horrible rut and in a total state of just…nothing (idk how else to describe it)…for years now, felt like all the trauma has finally caught up to me after years of ignoring it.
