How to Play Armored Core on PC with True Analog Mod

The True Analog Mod adds dual analog support for the Armored Games on PS1, PSP and PS2. This is video is a remake of my original trilogy covering each system, this time i compiled all three of them into one place so this video will show you how to not only setup the true analog mod for Armored Core but also the full emulators setup for the best settings.

I've been rocking the og trilogy and Gen 3 (minus Nexus and Ninebreaker) on the PS Vita, you can bind the analogue sticks to your heart's content. as for Gen 2, the true analogue patches have been a true blessing. I've tried the "real" control scheme and it honestly wasn't that bad, but I still prefer the analogue configuration, these games feel massively ahead of their time.

Cool stuff! BTW I also recommend setting "Analog sensitivity" to 100% instead of the 133% which is the default in the Controller Port 1 "Settings' section, otherwise the movement may be a bit exacerbated in some of the games.

Hello! I followed your guide for PS2 and it works! but i am having a problem when it comes with the left stick, when i move it also control the camera view, something that u do with the right stick.. any info?

You said you have an Xbox controller, my friend followed this tutorial and it worked for him as well. I have a PS4 controller and followed the steps exactly. Everything should be working but my inputs don't register unless my controller is set to Digital Mode. Any ideas?

i just try this on AC1 and it works perfect for the first time but when i close the game and boot it up again, the game doesn't register any input from my controller. It wiil register input when i toggle analog mode to digital but then the true analog mod not working when in this mode. any idea what happened to my game?

I know this is a pretty dumb question but can this work on adrenaline? Im contemplating trying to get into armored core on my old ps vita and trying to understand the online guide on it my brain hurt :(.
