Thanks for your tutorial, but I have found some constraints:

1. From the step 02:48: Not all results for all cities could be shown even though I have tried to minimize the location filter part.

2. When I tried to change chart styles, the filter properties has been changed. e.g. When I changed from line to stacked line, the average of median rent digit has been changed. On the other hand, not all selected results could be shown for area chart type.
