Anybody who tries to tell you that God is going to torture the lost forever either:
● does not know what the Bible says,
● does not understand what the Bible says, or
● does not care what the Bible says.

That there is a hell taught in the Bible is definitely not clear to me. This was one of the first things I noticed after I started learning Greek... “hell” is something we force on the scriptures because we want to believe it. I really believe an honest look at Scripture reveals this is a pagan belief that made it into Christian dogma.

It's also odd that God asks us to forgive our enemies as he is forgiven us but then hes gonna turn around and put people in eternal torment? I believe in eternal separation, but eternal torment just doesn't seem like it fits to me.

The fact that you attribute human ideals such as "speeding" to the God of all creation tells me all I need to know.

Just imagine what infinity is like. Forever and ever, never ending. Even your favorite food when consumed forever would lose its taste. Pain felt eternally will eventually dull. Those we miss, forgotten and who we are and what we will be, forever muted into oblivion.

The wicked are not given eternal life. They will be punished and then go through the second death. "For the wages of sin is DEATH (not eternal torment), but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ.

"If my son is in Hell because he did not get "born again" then I'd rather go to Hell and be with him than to be with your God because there would be more love in Hell than near your vindictive God."

"How can you say burning someone alive forever is "just" or "fair" for everyone who hasn't accepted Jesus Christ?

Even we humans fit the punishment to the crime. According to you, Christians, people are destined to be burned in Hell whether we are bad or not.

Just being born into this world is grounds for being endlessly tortured. You say the punishment is the same regardless of the number of sins committed or how bad they were.

This is not justice--this is insanity!"

"I could never torture people endlessly, especially my own children.

How can you say that God will do that to His children? This seems hideous.

You make God look like a monster worse than Hitler, not a loving Father Who would even die for His enemies!"

"If Hell is real and the greatest part of humanity went there, how could you HONESTLY say that 'Love NEVER fails?'

Seems like Love fails most of the time according to your understanding of things." (I Cor. 13:8)

"If the wages of sin is eternal punishment in Hell, then Jesus would have to be eternally punished if in fact He died for my sins.

But the Bible says the wages of sin is death which is exactly what Jesus did--died.

So how can you say people will be eternally tortured in Hell?

Is Jesus presently being eternally tortured in place of those who accepted Him as Lord?"

If Hell is real and it is a place of eternally being separated from God, why does David say in the King James Bible, "Though I make my bed in Hell (Sheol) lo, Thou art there? (Again please note, most Christian Bibles NO LONGER have the word "Hell" in the Old Testament. The KJV written over 350 years ago is an exception. The Jews do NOT put the word "Hell" in their English translations of the Hebrew Scriptures, that is, the Old Testament and the leading English Christian Bibles have removed it because it is NOT in the originals. Most Christian scholars now acknowledge it should never have been placed there in the first place.)

•  If Hell is real and if good people go to heaven and bad people go to Hell, why does EVERYONE, good or bad, go to the same place in the Old Testament? They ALL go to Sheol which the King James Version translated "Hell" thirty-0ne times, "grave" thirty-one times and "pit" three times? Are we all destined to go to Hell or did the King's translators make some gross translation errors?

•  If Hell is real, why don't the Jews, many who know the Old Testament better than most Christians, not believe in the modern Christian concept of Hell? They say they don't believe it because it is not in their Scriptures. Most scholars today can not find Hell in the Old Testament. Most leading Bible translations no longer contain the word Hell in the entire Old Testament. (Genesis through Malachi.)

•  If Hell doesn't exist in the Old Testament, how could Jesus and his disciples teach that salvation was deliverance from a place that is not even found in their Scriptures? (There was only the Old Testament at that time.) Would that not make Him appear like a false teacher? Or could it be that Jesus never taught such a concept in the first place? Could it be that this concept has been added to the church and SOME Bibles through "traditions of men?"

Plain and simple straight to the point👍🏼

I’ve read before that the original concept of hell was existence without the presence of God or his love.

Hell as eternal torment has nothing to do with justice. Justice would mean punishment according to sins committed, not infinite punishment without end regardless of the acts committed. If hell was punishment according to sin it would make sense to many more people.

same thing with at your workplace, if someone discriminate you or cheated on you or abused you, or tell lies about you, or hate you same thing with murder, they all will go to hell

I have heard it described like this, imagine something in life that brings you happiness and comfort. When seperation from God happens we are cut off from love and damned to eternal emptiness and darkness. No matter how hard you try, there is no more joy and you can't even die to escape it. On top of that there is physical suffering too.

I read from Scripture Luke 12:47–48 (you must be ready)
47 And that servant who knew his master’s will but did not get ready or act according to his will, will receive a severe beating. 48 But the one who did not know, and did what deserved a beating, will receive a light beating. Everyone to whom much was given, of him much will be required, and from him to whom they entrusted much, they will demand the more.

Please explain the final judgement written in book of Malachi Chapter 4: 1- 2 "For, behold, the day cometh, that shall burn as an oven; and all the proud, yea, and all that do wickedly, shall be stubble: and the day that cometh shall burn them up, saith the Lord of hosts, that it shall leave them neither root nor branch."...

1 Corinthians 15:1-4

Moreover, brethren, I declare unto you the gospel which I preached unto you, which also ye have received, and wherein ye stand;
2 By which also ye are saved, if ye keep in memory what I preached unto you, unless ye have believed in vain.
3 For I delivered unto you first of all that which I also received, how that Christ died for our sins according to the scriptures;
4 And that he was buried, and that he rose again the third day according to the scriptures:

1 John 2:15-17
King James Version
15 Love not the world, neither the things that are in the world. If any man love the world, the love of the Father is not in him.

16 For all that is in the world, the lust of the flesh, and the lust of the eyes, and the pride of life, is not of the Father, but is of the world.

17 And the world passeth away, and the lust thereof: but he that doeth the will of God abideth for ever.

All you have to do is, "Say Jesus is there a hell! Jesus I want to know! Jesus save me!! You will get an answer" I promise! ! Ps have you heard the word heaven? Yes there is a hell and it is eternal!
