Hurricane Preparedness Checklist

June marks the beginning of Hurricane Season in the United States, and if you're located in a hurricane-prone area, it's important to have your preparations in place. Check out our quick checklist to stay prepared:

🚗 Evacuation plans & route: Know where you're headed if evacuation is necessary. Inform loved ones, and establish a rendezvous location.

📞 Communication protocol: Establish a system to contact someone outside the affected area for communication.

🎒 Emergency supplies: Pack medication, flashlights, batteries, matches, water, cash, non-perishable food, can opener, knife, blankets, T.P., and a change of clothes—even if you're sheltering in place.

🔋 Cell phone charging: Keep your phone charged and have a car charger handy.
