This test was conducted in the winter of February in Korea. The test was conducted on such a cold day to raise awareness about applying sunscreen. Truthfully, people apply SPF well during very sunny seasons, but during less sunny seasons, we become less aware of using SPF. However, UV rays always exist no matter which season or weather, the days when SPF is not worn will accumulate to affect the skin. We prepared this video in the hopes of you applying SPF for as many days as possible.

If you do the math, you'll expect the UV dose from working 8 hours indoors and commuting to be comparable to the UV dose from spending an hour outside! If the readings were taken throughout the day, the doses would be even clearer.

I think this is a bit too much our skin can tolerate and fix itself to a level. Just avoid too much direct sun exposure use sunscreen and have a shade. For me if I use sunscreen all the time my pores get clogged it makes my face look greasy even though I use a quality oily skin centered sun face cream so it gives much more damage than indoor sun
