The only thing I noticed is that you don't have a Mastercard. I have nowhere near that much the cash back you have or points. I can only imagine what your credit limits are so far. Keep using them responsibly and when you switch cards, pay the one your currently using off and keep your longest card open even if it doesn't give you value anymore. I did thatmistake and listened to my mom and stopped using my longest card and not used my longest card and it got canceled. 22 years of credit history down the drain and its now on my record as a CLOSED account due to inactivity. I'm started over at 41. I will never make that mistake again.

Excellent job on the timeline and how you spaced out your applications and received max value, and your explanation of the benefits of the Chase cards and 5/24 restriction. Now that you have established a credit history, have you considered adding other cards for big sign up bonus such as Barclaycard AAdvantage Aviator Red? I am considering it because of the 60k miles and you only need to make 1 purchase of a candy bar in the first 3 months? Also has a $99 annual fee that can be waived 1st year? Almost seems too easy ...

You should think about getting the amex bbp or the citi double cash. The chase freedom unlimited is a trash card imo
