Nice job. What about they gave you a range that is less than what you’re looking for ?accept and move up with the interviews process and after you get a written offer you ask for an increase ? They want to to sign a written statement about the salary sometimes as well

Such great insight. I find that HR is getting really aggressive in attempting to get potential applicants to disclose a base minimum. They don’t want to waste interview time. (To which I counter why not be transparent about the salary range budget?) I’ve had HR disclose upfront that they want to know up front whether it’s worth pursuing you or not. Which should probably be an indicator of company values. Appreciate the language offered here. Thank you!

The problem is when you fill out the job application online and it asks you to put in a figure. If you don’t you will not be able to proceed to the next step. This is common in the United States. Thank you for another awesome video

I wanted to check what to do if i have stated my current salary way more than actually it is due to the complex salary structure of an outsourcing process we have and after the hiring company shortlists me and asks me for a payslip or salary certificate. I am in a fix. Pls help advise
