Unity 5 Tutorial - Basics (Beginners)

Hello! Today I will teaching you the basics of the Unity 5 game engine. In this tutorial we will be looking at Unity's interface. We will also be looking at creating a new project and scene, creating terrain, creating the player, placing a skybox, importing Unity assets, Importing your own 3D models, editng 3D models and compiling your game.

this was very informative and detailed this is my first time using unity and im a beginner but have a graphic backrounds and work around knowledge of c4d ..but im using this to make small vr games with my dubstep music as the theme of the game not too sure how it will come out but this is very interesting

*Message for people that would like to see more Unity tutorials*
First of all, may i say I love the feedback from everyone in the comments about this tutorial video I made, things like " I found this video to be one of the best, in terms of educational value", " i dont know if its ur way or ur personality that makes the video great but its definitely better then the other youtubers", and even "it's a good tutorial for a beginner! Can I play it on my classroom and teach something about unity?". There is heaps more and I thank you all so much for the positive feedback and being able to know I'm making something good and helpful.

The reason I haven't been making many Unity tutorials recently is because I fell into a trap that many other new game devs fall into. This trap involves the person (me) jumping into Unity and going "lets make a big game", trying to make that game then loosing motivation and giving up.

Due to this happening several times, I have stood away from Unity and game developing as a whole for 4-5 months now. Sure, I've made tutorials in the past 2 months but I haven't been doing anything serious in terms of making games and taking time to learn new things.
