TRIED IT: Turned out great!! I recommend you butterfly the chicken if you are starting with large (skinless) breast or simply slice them in half to reduce the thickness, thus reduce the cooking time. Then, hit the sauce with a squeeze of fresh lemon (about half a medium sized lemon) at the end before serving just to brighten the flavor and you’re good to go!! I served it on top of a large spring mix garden salad and the sauce acted as the dressing. My kids LOVE it, they had seconds and cleaned their plates!

Do you clean the left over oil out of the pan after cooking the chicken? If you added sour cream, would that change the process?

bro, forget the butter, just put some heavy cream in there, half a cup, it'll come out way thicker, reduce as well.

Instead of stock, can you use some of the left over chicken marinade? Or is that not a good idea?
