Hear me out, Kaijuu 8 is the exact same as Attack on Titan and i’ll prove it to you!

Let’s start with our Main Characters, Kafka and Eren, both with a hatred of their respective enemies, the Kaijuu and Titans, with them both living in a world under constant threat and witnessing something horrible in their youth.

Both wanted to join their military of sorts to push back and defeat these horrible creatures.

Both hiding powers that can tip the balance of the world, with Eren’s Titan form and Kafka’s Kaijuu form, both originally keeping it a secret with only a few known comrades that know the truth.

And finally, both have a vice captain and captain, that dual wields swords with short hair and are insanely powerful?

The similarities are actually crazy.

The thing is... they aren't even the same, their stories are completely different and the captains are also completely different, Kafkas vice captain is intrinsically different in personality and power, plus uhm idk if you've noticed but kaiju and titans aren't similar in the slightest, kaiju are biological monsters and titans are eldians that don't have a titan power. Also they don't even have the same age range of cast I mean... Kafka is on his 30s he's extremely weak and incompetent at certain tasks, hes wise and that's about it. Eren is a foolishness person inherently, he almost kills his friends on multiple occasions because he lost control, the only time Kafka loses control is after he fails at one of his secret rescues and gets caught by the kaiju extermination police.
