I had the mushroom theory but mine was different, I had a theory that that circle of mushrooms was something called a fairy circle which means that the second that Coraline stepped into the circle everything was a hallucination bc I think fairy circles mess with ppl’s minds and over the days the person gets more and more deluded while decaying from toxic gasses from the fairy circle. Also (it’s only been 4 hours since you posted this.)

I have a theory that there is a second door, I know crazy right, I don’t have a lot of evidence but in the beginning when beldam sends the coraline doll to spy on her how did the doll get there when the door was closed, I don’t know if u wanna use this idea u can credit me if u want but lowkey I think it’s interesting
