I love Ozone Imager, i use it in moderation and nothings wrong with the phase . Just don't over do it it also can help you to make freq range mono so it's fast and it sounds great . Minimal phase shift is not a problem !

if you use FL & dont have a lot of mid/side capable plugins you can use splitter & stereo shaper to split the mid/side or L/R & then do your processing individually
