Avoid: 1. Sugar. 2. Soy. 3. Alcohol (drink Kombucha tea instead). 4. Xenoestrogens (pesticides and other chemicals). 5. Grains (eat nuts instead). 6. Meat & Dairy. 7. Soda drinks (drink herbal teas instead). 8. Birth control pills.

I suggest doing further reading about Soy, as most advice shows Soy to be healthy, Soy contains phytoestrogens, they have a lower effect on the body than regular estrogens.

Can you tell me what kind of wheat and grains based foods high in what you describe as Zea? As we know, consuming Oatmeal as we know is very good and has many benefits for health as it contains many important vitamins, minerals and antioxidant plant compounds, so please tell us does Oatmeal is Okay and good and not related with what you describe in these grains based foods?
