White lady: "im leavin" did anyone else love this reaction

I just realised how traumatic it must be for the older people (including that first lady) who lived through times when that kind of treatment was legal.

That first ladies parents were ahead of their time. Good on them, and good on her for listening to her parents rather than the societal pressures that were in place back then.

The first woman made an important point, that her parents taught her to view everyone as equal. Hate is TAUGHT. Look at how little children play - they know no prejudice.

That first woman, everything about her was so beautiful. The way she didnt wait and stood up immediately to question that prejudice. That woman tv show or not is a hero. I hope everyone aspires to be like her

As a white guy I deal with very little prejudice--one time I witnessed it so bad I'll never forget it. Walking into a Best Buy one time, I saw 3-4 black teens leaving. They set off the alarm. Security checked them like they might have stolen the Hope diamond. Nothing found and on their way. When my wife and I left, we also set it off. "Don't worry about it...just go through" same guy said. WTF? why not check us? I got really pissed and did ask for the mgr. I am still upset today. I cannot imagine living every day with that kind of target every where you go.

the way that white woman spoke up, stood up and stormed out of the establishment - made me cry. I have never in my 31 years of life ever seen or heard a white person defend us publicly, and out loud, and for no gain. Other than the fact that she was genuinely believes we deserve to be treated justly, fairly and equally. Just wow

God I love it when customers aggressively storm out in these kind of discrimination scenarios because it shows how strongly they believe in equality. It's just so nice to see

LMAO am I the only one who laughed so hard at the words “prepay” and “ive had issues with people like you/them before” ? She was such a GOOD actress! How can she say those words without cracking up

I loved the older lady who, when she figured out exactly what she meant, got up and stormed off. Kudos
