I wish I had a spaceship that made me 100% immune to every absurd space condition so I could actually watch these things happen in real. Watching an atmosphere explode, or seeing multi-thousand kilometre per hour winds would be so surreal. Hell, even looking at the surface of Venus would be mind bending, let alone the conditions just inside a black hole event horizon or beside a quasar.
