苦手 is also used as a polite way to say that you don't like a certain food. :)
For example if you are offered a food with tomatoes and you don't like tomatoes (but you don't want to offend the person)

It can translate to something like "I'm not so good with tomatoes..." and it sounds less direct than 嫌い or 好きじゃない etc.
I didn't figure that out till I went to Japan so I thought I'd share!

Yeh. If you mix the letters from those words together you can create "Hentai Gate" which is poetic.
