Mnc it sectors have recension so they delayed onboarding till 1 year..So freshers should join in job of security guard, labour job, grocery shop job.. For onboarding delay wipro selected candidate ravi now doing job of daily wage labour.. Now without experience no other job given.. Freshers have no experience.. So 2022-23 freshers should join job of security guard, labour, grocery shop, jwellery shop
