If they increase salary for fresher then considering 8% hike for existing employees they will be paid less. If they want to increase salary for freshers they have to increase salary band for all the existing employees

Freshers dont even bring any revenue gor the company for first 6 months. 3.6 is a good number. Its burden to company. Freshers should understand this and skill up and move ahead, rather than crying here in social media platforms.
