**SOLVED**- PROBLEM with Ford Fiesta Ecoboost 1.0- Please Help

UPDATE: Problem SOLVED, Throttle Valve (Πεταλούδα γκαζιού) found faulty and replaced.

I am owner of a Ford Fiesta 2013, Ecoboost 1.0 L, 100 HP with 5.700 km.
A problem started 1.000 km before.

From time to time, the malfunction indicator (Wrech) turns on and I am losing power. Engine is working, but with different noise and more intense vibration. RPM varies from 1000 to 1500 as you can see on the video.

After turning off and on everything is back to normal.
Ford engineers are not able to see anything, as their computer shows nothing.

Please help on this! Any suggestions?

I think if it has been winning motor of the year for the last years its because of something. Im very happy with it! Just need a little of maintenance and care lime everything and thats all!

Had the very same issue with my Zetec S ecoboost with only 7400 miles on the clock.Turned out it was the in tank low pressure fuel pump was faulty.Quickly replaced, car now runs brilliantly.

yes, after 7 days in the garage, Ford mechanics found that Throttle Valve (Πεταλούδα γκαζιού) was faulty. They replace it and til now everything is back to normal.

Are you experiencing something similar?

Hi. Thank you for posting the video. I have the same problem with my 1.0 Ecoboost Fiesta 2015 model. Did Ford fix your problem for free? How much did it cost? Was it a problem with a Ford part or from wear and tear? Thanks in advance

Sounds like mine did just before the oil pump went and shattered the engine now it's going to cost £3.500 pounds for new one so back to Ford's who have known about all these problems for a long time but kept it quite not now they can't

Change oil max 10000km not 30000 km !!! Oil filter and air filter.

I would clean throttle body out check spark plugs.
Clean air filter
Spray whole engine bay with WD40 CLESN ALL YOUR SENSORS AS WELL COUOD JUST BE DUSTY ENSURE THEY ARE ALL PLUGGED IN

Ecoboost is killing the engine too much oil built up in the injectors need a catch can
