This is not the correct way to treat a bunion. Using bunion splints will not put the deformed or dislocated joint back into position. Wider shoes, toe spacers, living with it or surgery are the only answers!!

Best way to fix a bunion is to wear the proper size shoes beginning in childhood.

Yes, it helps but you can fix it with physical therapy. I did it! Was scheduled for surgery of both feet but after seeing a video on YouTube I have decided to fix my bunion with rubber band exercise. You just need to realign your bones and ligaments, no more pain. It took me only one week exercise to stop foot pain an several weeks to realign my feet.

Bunions came back, foot surgery wont make no difference, shoes are still too small, shaped for smaller people no matter the issue need shoes that are wide

As person who has bunions, as child found out about my family history of bone deformity, but not all kids get choice to shoes they wear especially if parents don't care.

Better yet are proper shoes that don't disfigure feet and cause bunions. Still shocking to me how many shoes have narrow toe boxes. Ridiculous...
