Total Build Cost: $135,000 (estimated).
Cost Per Square Foot: $275 (estimated) for a 488 sqft home.

No Private Well/Septic/Cold Climate: closer to $80,000 total build cost and $200 per square foot. This is an alternative cost estimate if the build is in a warmer climate and doesn't require as many upfront utilities and insulation.

_Another loft upstairs on the opposite side (front of the house) would be the only thing I add on to it. Yes you'll possibly be sacrificing that large window there, but you'll have a guest loft lol._

Is the total cost to build including the labor for everything? Or mainly the materials cost? I am building the same plan near San Antonio Texas and my costs are significantly higher than that. I have a septic with no well and the general contractor bid me at roughly 185, 000 for the cost to build.

Its nice ya really...these costs are from contractors...ok...but if u built yourself it will cost less...but understand folks...now 2nd property are selling for 400k minimum...huge demand!
