I did some squats yesterday. My low back is now injured. I'm reading Becoming A Supple Leopard. Thanks for the recommendation. I also appreciate these vids. I used to practice this exercise bc I thought it was for balance.

Man thanks for the video! People always think this stuff is just for athletes, but it also works for us construction workers. I do power washing and roof cleaning. When you are power washing a steep roof that's been pre soaked with chemical and it's full of slippery mold, this exercise will 100 percent be beneficiary! ❤️

coach, if I currently have knee pain due to an internal cyst, is this going to make my knee stronger to get less pain, or should I avoid this alltogether?
