Hi Jordan, just to add on about Gmail. Actually, you can rotate the phone to landscape mode and Gmail will adjust itself to be fold layout. I use this a lot in my Z Fold 6. 🙂

Camera specs of the 9 Pro Fold, and some other aspects are driving me to wait and see what the next generation brings. I would accept a slightly thicker phone if that meant improved battery and camera spec's. At this point, I'm leaning towards the 9 Pro XL phone. I have the 8 Pro currently and like the camera spec's on it. Not really looking to go with a serious downgrade with the fold model.

I think people are overly critical of the cameras. I would bet most couldn’t tell the difference between 9 Pro and 9 Pro Fold pics in a blind test. The camera bump on a phone this thin would be obnoxious if they put the 9 Pro cameras on it.

If you wanna complain about price… I’m with ya. These phones should start at $1499 IMHO. And Google probably should have just named them Pixel 9 Fold

But I LOVE mine, so it’s all good. 😂

I've got a 9 Pro Fold since Friday last week and I've been absolutely loving it. It's my first book-style foldable and I'm very happy with my purchase.
I have zero complaints actually, but I'm curious to see how it'll hold up in the long term.

I haven't experienced an hour and a half charge time, but I guess I don't get to zero battery and rarely wait until 100. I'd say I charge once or twice a day for thirty minutes while I'm working.

I'm not upgrading to a fold until they get everything sorta right. I expect better everything on a device like this.

The fact that the outside display is regular size makes it a phone with a bigger screen rather than a weird shaped tablet that can be used as a phone

A few odd things…you can’t swipe down for one handed mode. There is no action pan in the camera, and there’s no direct share after you take a photo. That’s the ‘social’ setting under camera. That’s not there either

I think the foldable Pixels should have their own processor that's more powerful than the other Pixels in the series but maybe that's just me.

I returned mine. Still too heavy for my liking. The size when closed is just a bit to wide in my hand, pixel 8 was perfect. Performance seemed good along with battery life. When unfolded just didn't find it all that useful for what I was doing. For price I couldn't justify

I love the original because the aspect ratio better opening like tablets plus the weight is great and bigger batteries inside. I'm running Android 15 beta and have most features. We are not in China and software is lacking against Google software is way with AI and calling features unmatched Jordan.

The Pixel Fold 5, or Pixel 11 Fold, will (possibly) be the first time I try a foldable. If it uses the 2nm process and pess trashy cameras

I checked one out at Best Buy. The bezels are absurd and the outer display is low quality compared to the pros. And the cameras are a huge disappointment. If it was $1300 I could deal with those compromises. At $1800, no way.
