5 Quick Northern Provinces Campaign Tips (Realm of Chaos campaign - Total War: Warhammer III)

Hey everyone, it's me HawkeyeG here with another video!

This video is a quick series of tips and tricks for use in the Realm of Chaos campaign when playing as the Northern Provinces of Cathay. In this video I focus on the most important factors of a campaign as the Northern Provinces, and give some recommendations on how to navigate those aspects of the campaign! I don't cover the campaign at length here but I do spend a little bit of time on the more important details as they arise.

Even though Miao Ying has to protect the Bastion more directly and immediately, it's still not too hard to secure that flank early on. However there's enough internal strife to deal with for the first few rift cycles to keep you busy - and you have some decent tools at your disposal as well!

I'll spend more time talking about the details in that guide and give more precise instructions at different stages as well as showing the campaign in a more step-by-step process.

Can't agree more. Holding the Bastions is the greatest and most cost effective protection for a massive front.
Also like how you consider the importance of keeping your allies (Ming) strong! My Elven diplomacy on full display ;)

I didn't even realize that I missed a vid. Better late than never, I guess.

Hawkeye, do you have any advice when fighting Tzeench armies? Their ranged units with barriers are a massive pain. The way I have dealt with them in the other Cathay campaign was rockets and cav. Trying to hit them coming in and then engaging them quickly when in fighting range.

Is there an accepted strat against these guys?
