Did you miss out the army stances? Their move and ambush is hella strong and I'm surprised you didn't max out ancient cunning in blue lines.

Not getting Ikit's Second Wind Serum is super dumb, it gives you 720HP and some melee defence everytime you cast, get the two yellow lines and max out ancient cunning at the blue line, thats as far as your blue line should go. You don't need to go for lightning strike since you got stalk....

If you manage to have low ska en corruption in some provinces that will grant you a big boost in food production and of course public order

I'm so confused at your approach to Ikit's leveling. Second-Wind Serum makes him a powerful distraction on the field to allow his weapons teams to dish out damage. It's worth rushing as soon as it's available because it makes him nigh invulnerable, so long as he doesn't get tangled up by cavalry or spearmen. You're always going to catch a few stray bullets when you're harassing units that your ratling guns are melting, and Second Wind Serum allows you to easily recover all the damage that might otherwise accumulate
