Was having issue with my office setup I have used 2 HDMI cable’s one directly from thinkpad to monitor and other to the doc and it worked moved to new place and one 1 monitor was detecting and have attached both monitor together and as I unplugged one the monitor which is detecting the other popups else it wont detect, tried updating drivers but as we dont have admin rights raised internal ticket and this video pop up.
just switched one cable from hdmi to display port and it worked thank you for the video.
