Sorry for the delayed response. You may have already figured this out, but try choosing a program instead of just pressing "Start." You should then be able to adjust the time.

i find mine squeaks on and off when i run on mine? that's my question do u know how to solve that, i literally just got it a month ago?

Jen - When/where does the squeaking occur? A few suggestions: 1) Tighten assembly bolts. 2) Lubricate under the running belt with silicon. 3) Lubricate the air shock with Teflon spray. Please contact 1-866-99-Tempo if it continues. Thank you.
