Thank you for this. I tried to adjust the tension of my treadmill's belt and the manual that came with the treadmill did not seem to make sense at all. Excellent video and excellent advice. I did some lubrication on my belt and cleaning for the first time since I have owned it. That has been about 10 years. After my lubrication, the belt was tracking to the right. Nothing I did was helping and only made the problem worse. After watching this, I fixed the belt alignment in about 5 minutes. Super helpful video. This is the the kind of content that YouTube is perfect for. Thank you!

Thank you for this clearly instructed video. No other video I found mentioned what tightening and loosening actually does to the roller, but your explanation of how it “pulls it forward to change the angle” is what clicked for me!

Thank you for sharing this wonderful video. I spent more than an hour trying to fix my treadmill belt which slipped to one side without success. After watch this video, I was able to adjust the belt in less than 5 minutes. Another added bonus after watching this video, I now know how to lubricate the belt which I have not done since I bought the treadmill a couple years ago.
