But actuallllyyy, vacuum sealing has some other benefits. It boils up and kills the bacteria inside to prevent spoiling the food... Thats why the air is also sucked out, to leave no room for bacteria to grow so fast. (Not gonna say that there are no more bacteria left okay, but many are gotten rid of)😅

Nice. My healthier version : 99% lean ground turkey with diced onions green onions cilantro and fennels 😅; to make this lean meat & veggie fillings juicy and tasty, it’s almost a must to add some chicken broth (or just water), sesame oil, vegetarian oyster sauce, yellow bean paste 黄豆酱, sha-cha paste (沙爹酱、extremely tasty if you add it), light n dark soy sauce, 啊little sugar, Chinese white pepper, Chinese & Japanese cooking wines etc etc.!!😅
