Hi This video to teach you how to do a pyramid set and it includes a full 3 set guided exercise that you can follow (you should have a dumbbells that are comfortable). These 3 sets ad up to 160 reps and you will look jacked. Because we use dumbbell sizes that are inclining and declining in size it is much easier than doing straight sets but you stimulated the muscles much more and will make fast progress to grow your arms. Pyramid sets activate the muscles deeper and for longer compared with the standard set-weight exercises
