yummm!!! I just ordered an 8 lb. prime rib for Christmas this year ahead of time. I've never cooked a prime rib before I've been watching lots of YouTube videos on how to cook them. I would love to see how you would cook one.

hi i was wondering the total cooking time for the steak was 1min and 30 seconds and let it rest for 12 mins for medium rare? because most of the time i feel the center would be completely raw if i don't cook it for longer

That meat is not rare....  It is RAW..  You cannot cook a thick steak like that in 1 1/2 minutes...  Also, who wants a grill that you can only cook one piece at a time????
