@Berlinthealleycat What I would try first is to follow the video and when you get to the Windows Features window where you put the check into Games, take the check out of Games instead. Then when you click OK it will uninstall the basic Windows games. Then Restart the computer and go back and do like the video says and put the check into Games again. This will reinstall them all. If they don't work after that then there may be something wrong with your Windows installation.

but when I opened "Turn windows feature on or off" I didn't find the option "Games" there .... what I have to do????

I did what this stated to do but when I went to click on the games, nothing happens. It seems that I am missing the programs themselves. Is there anyway that I can retrieve them? Or even download them back? Thanks
