still using windows 7 with 8gb ram and no issue in gaming, gta 5, tekken7, no issue at all
its all depend upon what hardware you are running on.


EDIT: - guys, i upgraded pc with 16 gb ram and a very powerful graphic card and now i am running windows 10 . and about to change the processor too ( i7 ), and yeah i brought a 12th gen laptop too which is running windows i have never expected to be here in just 1 year, a lot has changed and i am happy that you all remind me of this comment .

I still primarily use windows 7 out of choice, for productivity and gaming. I have no issues. Btw, the non-steam version of GTA IV doesn’t have any patches so its just better to run in under an older OS such as windows XP (which it was made for) if the later patches don’t do their job properly.

I'm still using Windows XP as my main OS. I modded the 64 bit version to work with all programs I use that were designed for Windows 11, including nvidia's drivers. Runs like a dream! RTX 4080 and Windows XP😂

I always liked win7. New windows are complicated . And doesn't run old games . But win7 opens everything

win 7 commercial updates also stopped, if you use some unofficial win 7 you will get updates from third party from windows updates

windows 7 can't be slower than windows 10 because it is ((outdated)), windows 10 is slower because it has a crap ton of bloatware taking up alot of your cpu, haven't you noticed how old computers become so much slower when they upgrade it to windows 10?
