My dad and I were doing duo bot and he made go adc (brand). By 40 smth minutes I was level 14 and had like 3(?) Items. Everyone else was 18 and full build or almost. 80 cs compared to like ashe who had 200 something.

The get out of lol elo, you must focus not on goals, only on kills! And don't get a chance to adc get any kill! It-s the only way.

you can have 10+ cs per minute. if the enemys are ahead in kills and towers your will not win. To escape gold plat and low dia you have to find the inter (there allways is one on the enemy team) and spamkill the inter till he goes afk or the enemy team flames him.
Dont flame the guy who ints on your team and if your the inter try to not int ;)

Stop playing on a toaster oven.
Actually open practice tool once in a while.
Learn more about your role / champion main.
Learn at least a few champs for flexibility in team comp.

Technically it also depends on your play style, in the end, it’s just about playing your favorite champs and knowing what to do each season, learning countering different champions and multiple different decision making will lead to victory. If you only have one carry on your team, and everyone else is trash, you’re as good as losing the match.
