Case 1 - ALL, CD10 is common ALL Ag and CD 19 is B cell marker and bone marrow aspirate shows lymphoblasts with 1-2 nucleoli
Case 2 - cd34 (hsc) and cd33 ( myeloid marker) showing myeloblasts with 2-4 nucleoli hence AML

Great video, Thanks. Some what related question - Do you see any benefits in using bispecific antibodies with just one fluorophore attached (say an Ab that binds to CD4 and CD3)? The graphs will certainly look different.
