- Stand on your right leg with a grounded foot and a slight bend in your knee.
- Twist your hips to an open position and to a closed position.

If you feel pain around the back or sides of your knee, it could indicate a meniscus tear. 🫢

I have a knee clicking when I lock out my knee but it’s like a crunch or snapping I thought it was meniscus but it sounds nothing like that, the pain is around me vmo but the whole knees felt unstable for months
