Woman receive the same wage as men for doing the same job role. All genders receive *equal opportunity* but then on average men attain jobs that receive a higher wage than woman. For their to be an equal number of men and woman attaining a specific job role, there must be *equal outcome* . That would mean that employers would have to pick someone based on their gender instead of their personal merits in order to balance the scales - that by definition is sexism.

What pay gap? There's 100% pay gap when a woman can't work to take care of a sick relative.

The funny thing is the girl complaining about the gender pay-gap and that she would be better off being a man would make the same amount of money if she were a man. If she applied to a job position, such as assistant to director or a runner, she would make the same amount of money as her gender counterpart. The wage would already be set at a certain value before she even applied for the role.

Ugh, the pay gap. This one will never die. All factors taken into consideration there is no such pay gap. One or more of the following is always omitted : average hours worked, average leave, taking time out for family, life choice decisions, job longevity, etc. my question to anyone who disagrees, please answer these questions. As paying men more than women for the same work is illegal, where are the millions of lawsuits? Why would businesses want to hire men if they could hire women for 10% less?

Example 1:
What would you say to her? I would say -- No! How would you feel if someone shouted at you in the street? How would you feel if someone said you have big balls?

Problem:
A gross assumption was made. What if before the man intended to say something like this: Excuse, I just wanted to say I love your shoes and I hope you have a wonderful day today.

Example 2:
Talking over a woman is sexist.

Problem:
Talking over someone is rude. Rude people are rude to man, woman, and child. So if a man talks over a woman, one cannot assume that he is only doing so because she's a woman. There has to be evidence of that first.
